Singular MKT ("we", "us", "our") is a performance marketing agency based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through singularmkt.co, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

• Form data: when you apply for a free trial or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, website and the answers you give about your business (for example business type, ad budget, goals and the service you are interested in). We also record which page of our site you came from.
• Booking data: if you book a call, the date and time you choose and the details needed to send you the invitation.
• Usage data: with your consent, we may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use this site and to measure our own marketing. These tools only run if you accept them in our cookie banner.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your application or enquiry, usually within 24 hours.
• To schedule and prepare for the calls you book with us.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you in our customer system.

4. Who We Share It With

We never sell your data. We use these providers to run the site and our sales process, and they only process your data on our behalf:

• FormSubmit.co: receives form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• HubSpot: our customer relationship (CRM) system, where your enquiry is stored.
• Cal.com: our booking calendar, if you book a call.
• Google (Workspace, Calendar, Meet and, with your consent, Analytics): email, calendar invitations, video calls and site analytics.
• Meta (with your consent): the Meta Pixel, to measure our own advertising.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or request a copy of it in a portable format.
